The Halcyon Shrine is a unique interactable exclusive to the Seekers of the Storm - DLC Content
This content is part of the Seekers of the Storm DLC. It is only available if the DLC is enabled when starting a run.
Click for more info.Seekers of the Storm expansion, most commonly found in Stage 1 Environments. It is the most easily accessible method of entering the Path of the Colossus.
Halcyon Shrines initially appear as large green crystals with a green portal orb floating around them. After interacting with one, the rest of the Halcyon Shrine will emerge from the ground and an aura will form around it that siphons allies' gold, charging the shrine by slowly covering it in gold from bottom to top. Halcyon Shrines automatically stop siphoning gold after gaining a base value of 300 gold, but can also be stopped manually by interacting with it after it has siphoned a base value of at least 75 gold. Once this happens, a Seekers of the Storm - DLC Content

A complex city-like structure built in a volcanic environment. Tunnels and wurms litter the environment and a forge sits near the top. regardless of whether a Green Portal has been used.
Aurelionite Fragment
Aurelionite Fragments are unique objects similar to Void Potential orbs that present a selection of items. The amount of items on display in each Aurelionite Fragment and the amount of items that can be chosen from each depends on how much the Halcyon Shrine was charged before triggering the Halcyonite encounter.
Besides from Halcyon Shrines, Aurelionite Fragments can also spawn in Seekers of the Storm - DLC Content

Green Portal
Fully charging a Halcyon Shrine will spawn a Green Portal. Taking the portal will transition to the next stage, even if the Teleporter has not been activated yet. The destination of Green Portals depends on the stage it appears on:

- If a stage contains a Halcyon Shrine with a green orb, the message "You hear thunder rumbling." will appear in chat at the start of the stage. When the Green Portal spawns, the message "The storm beckons." will appear.
- If the Halcyon Shrine has a gold orb, the message "A gold orb appears.." will appear instead.
- The amount of gold drained per tick and the cost to charge the Halcyon Shrine scales with difficulty.
- Halcyon Shrines can rarely appear in Abandoned AqueductAbandoned Aqueduct (Stage 2)
