Talk:Shatterspleen

Should this be noted? Shatterspleen doesn't specify an interaction with proc coef, but bleed duration is multiplied by proc coef, normally. Does this one have its own multiplier, or does it respect proc coefs, so, for example, a crit from an acid pool left over by Acrid's Caustic Leap would provide a bleed for only one tick?

Dunno who added the above question, but it should. It's not listed anywhere though... --Mantafirefly (talk) 08:51, 27 July 2021 (UTC)

Since the debuff is the same, it should behave the same in relation to the proc chance of the triggering attack. On the other hand, Imp Lord's spikes do not seem to adhere to the formula - and Shatterspleen is his boss item, after all. With only 4 sources of bleed, it's hard to tell which is the rule and which is the exception. Pelmenji (talk) 19:41, 27 July 2021 (UTC)

As for my own question, does anyone know what the blast radius of this is? It feels like it easily outclasses Will'o'wisps and Gasoline for death explosions, but the range never seems to stack? --Mantafirefly (talk) 08:51, 27 July 2021 (UTC)

Added the explosion radius. Sylphoid (talk) 07:06, 3 August 2021 (UTC)

If the Shatterspleen produces a normal bleed stack like Tri-Tip Daggers do, does that mean that the explosion can trigger via daggers' bleed without actually needing to score a crit? If so, then this should be noted on the page as that would make this item very viable on high-bleed, low-crit builds. Pelmenji (talk) 19:41, 27 July 2021 (UTC)
