I found an unused elite aspect in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Risk of Rain 2\Risk of Rain 2_Data\StreamingAssets\Language\en\CharacterBodies.txt, it's internally called "ELITE_MODIFIER_ECHO" and would apply the prefix "Annihilator" to the enemy name. Update to below entry

I just found "BODY_MODIFIER_ECHO" underneath it categorized with the Umbra and Gummy prefixes for survivor, so my theory is that it's an aspect that would allow enemies to take the shape of the player? The name "Echo" also corroborates this, but it's just simple theorycrafting. TomatoCouch (talk) 01:06, 3 April 2022 (UTC)

We did know that the Echo equipment existed, and had listed it on the Unreleased Items page, although we didn't have the prefix listed.
