While it's true that you won't get any extra healing from having more than 44(100% healing per second), you should still stack this as engineer if able. This is because 1.The heal radius still increases and that's always useful and 2.N'kuhanas still benefits from the healing that goes over 100% so more bustling fungus equals more damage from N'kuhanas.
